Environmental Management Plans & Procedures
Management Strategies, Plans and Monitoring Programmes are prepared as required by the Project Approval conditions, EPL, EPBC Approval & Hunter Water (Special Areas) Regulation. The Management Strategies and Plans have been developed with an understanding of the environmental areas that need to be managed and the results of the environmental assessments, including those required for approval. These plans are periodically reviewed, updated and uploaded to this website following acknowledgment of satisfaction from the Secretary (or delegate) of the NSW Department of Planning & Environment.
